In 2023, two Estonian entrepreneurs met at a Tartu cafe and bonded over a shared frustration: their family streaming plans had empty slots while friends struggled with high subscription costs. They saw a gap for a peer-to-peer marketplace that bypasses traditional payment gateways, using USDT to keep transactions fast, private, and borderless.
